How far in advance should we engage EcoMovers for a hotel FF&E project?

For projects under 300 rooms, engage us 60 to 90 days before your target install window. For larger projects — 300+ rooms with full FF&E and OS&E scope — plan for 120 days or more. That lets us align warehouse capacity, receiving schedules, and crew allocation to your construction timeline.

Do you handle vendor coordination and freight receiving, or just installation?

Full end-to-end FF&E logistics: receiving shipments at our 20,000 sq ft warehouse, photographing and logging every piece on arrival, filing damage claims on your behalf, storing items until your site is ready, then delivering and installing to spec. Engage us for any single phase or the complete scope.

What happens if a vendor ships damaged items close to our opening date?

Our receiving team inspects and photographs every piece on arrival, giving you same-day documentation to file vendor claims immediately. We also maintain a network of local rental and replacement sources for critical guestroom items, so rooms can pass brand inspection while replacement pieces are in transit. Your opening date stays protected.

Are you insured and certified for commercial FF&E work?

Yes. $4M in business liability and $2M in auto liability. All crews complete OSHA-compliant safety training. We hold Broward County FSBE & CBE status, and our USDOT number is 3287487. Certificates of insurance available on request.

Do you work outside of Florida?

Yes. Our warehouse and operations hub are in Broward County, but we take FF&E installation projects nationwide — project managers and crews travel with the project. Send us your location and we will confirm availability.
