How far in advance should we engage you?
Under 300 rooms, 60–90 days before your install window. For 300+ rooms with full FF&E and OS&E scope, plan on 120 days or more.
Can you receive before our site is ready?
That is the point of the warehouse. We accept deliveries on your schedule, log and photograph every item, and hold it until the site can take it.
Do you handle fine art and specialty pieces?
Yes, climate-controlled transit, museum-quality packing, custom crate fabrication, and a dedicated premium AC section in the warehouse.
Are you licensed and insured?
$4M business liability, $2M auto, OSHA-compliant crews, Broward County CBE, USDOT# 3287487. Certificates on request.
Do you work outside of South Florida?
The warehouse and local moving stay in the tri-county area, installation crews travel nationwide.
