We do not offer long-distance or interstate residential moving.

White-glove moving means full-service care from packing through setup. We pack and wrap every item with professional materials, protect your floors and walls during the move, transport everything in a fully insured truck, place furniture in your new home exactly as directed, reassemble beds and large pieces, and remove all packing materials when we are done. You do not lift a box.

High-value and fragile items receive dedicated handling: custom padding, crating where needed, and careful positioning in the truck to prevent movement. We inventory specialty items at pickup and confirm condition at delivery. For extremely high-value pieces such as significant artwork, grand pianos, or sculpture, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the right materials and crew configuration.

Pricing depends on home size, distance within the tri-county area, volume of items, specialty items, and whether packing services are included. We provide a detailed quote after a brief walkthrough, either in person or by video. We do not publish flat rates because a precise quote protects you from surprises on move day. We recommend booking two to four weeks in advance for local residential moves. During peak season in South Florida (October through April), booking four to six weeks ahead is advisable. We carry $4M in business liability and $2M in auto liability coverage. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, we have a documented claims process. Confirm damage guarantee wording and claims process: e.g. "If we damage it, we repair or replace it." Provide turnaround time for claims.

Every item is received at our 20,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled warehouse, photographed, barcoded, and logged with a condition report on arrival. You receive documentation of every item and its condition. Discrepancy claims are initiated before items leave our warehouse, protecting your project from installation-day surprises and vendor disputes.

For large projects of 300 or more rooms, we recommend engaging us during pre-construction or procurement planning, ideally three to six months before the target install window. Earlier engagement allows us to align receiving schedules, warehouse capacity, and crew allocation to your construction timeline. Every FF&E engagement includes a dedicated project manager who owns scheduling, crew coordination, vendor communication, progress reporting, and direct contact with your GC and PM. You have one number to call for the full scope of the project. The project manager tracks every item from receiving through punch-list sign-off.
